Finigrana Naturkosmetik is an ecological pioneer with roots going back to 1978, when Gabriele Krüger and Bernhard Bauer founded their work in the spirit of the environmental movement. For over 40 years the brand has stood for handcrafted, plant-based cosmetics — made without water, alcohol, preservatives or synthetic additives.
Their speciality is traditional Aleppo soap, hand-cut and matured using centuries-old Syrian methods, alongside a range of NaPurKosmetik body butters and oils. Every product is produced at their certified bio-manufactory in Korschenbroich, Germany, using pure plant-based raw materials and time-honoured craftsmanship, except their Aleppo soaps, that of course are produced in Syria and Turkey.
Following founder Bernhard Bauer's passing in 2023, the company continues under the leadership of his children Lucia Rose and Noah Scheige — carrying forward the founding principle: "It is not enough to know, one must also apply; it is not enough to will, one must also do."
