Further characteristics of the silver ring with stone
Tioum is the name of the craftsman who originally invented the shape of this silver ring with stone. The ring is finely worked by hand. The shape of the ring is a square with rounded corners. In this square an oval gemstone agate is embedded in a red tone. The craftsmanship of silversmiths is passed down from generation to generation in a traditional society such as Niger. Many of the people in Niger can neither read nor write. Stories, symbolism and mysticism are passed on and maintained by means such as handicrafts. Let yourself be enchanted by this silver ring with stone.

Fairtrade silver ring with stone at Gundara
Gundara gets Tuareg jewellery directly from the Ataher family from the tribe of Kel Tamschek from Agadez in Niger. We can thus guarantee that production and trade conditions are fair. No money is lost for the middlemen, so the local artisans benefit as much as possible from their work. The history of the Ataher family is also described in the book "Enkel der Echse".
Brand
